  • Get winter clothes that you feel comfortable in. Find pieces that flatter you, and make you feel confident!

  • Find little things that make you feel more excited about your body. Paint your nails, dye your hair, put on some makeup or take off any make up that you don’t feel comfortable in. Whatever makes you feel like your body is yours and it Is fantastic.

  • Socialize! Call a friend, meet someone for coffee or dinner, or go on a winter walk in a park. Having an active social life will make you focus on the relationships around you, and take the focus away from what you see as “flaws”.
