We know how hard it can be in times like these to stop and take care of yourself. With kids going back to school, the world’s uncertainties still ever present and every day life being a whirlwind—how can we possibly take the time for self-care?

Well, we’re here to assure you that there are little ways to incorporate these habits into your daily routine, and to also remind you that YOU ROCK! You deserve to feel the love and support you need, and getting that from yourself is so important to your wellbeing. Try out these self-care ideas and remember that you are an amazing and unstoppable person. 😊

·        Listen to Music. Turn on a playlist of whatever makes you dance, smile and sing. Shake that booty!

·        Go for a Walk. Find a peaceful place to take a stroll and reconnect with yourself. Check-in with your body, think about things that have been stressful and try to think of ways you can alleviate those from your mind.

·        Pamper Yourself! Get your nails done, do a face mask, listen to an audiobook and have a glass of wine in a nice bubble bath. When your body can relax, so can your mind, and you deserve a little pampering!

·        Go Outside. Eat lunch, read a book or talk to an old friend all while soaking up some sun! Vitamin D will help make you feel more present and at peace.

·        Get Creative and Trust Yourself! You know what makes you happy, so take some time and reconnect with those activities that calm you.
