Tip Of The Week: Carry A Water Bottle

Carry a water bottle with you - storing it at your desk, in your work bag, or car! Water bottles can be easily filled at the water fountain, and tap water is free! Water serves many purposes in the body including carrying nutrients and oxygen to our cells (providing us with the proper fuel to function), helping kidneys flush waste products, helping to dissolve minerals and nutrients (so our body’s can use them), and regulating body temperature, amongst others.  It goes without saying - drinking enough water is critically important for health and well-being! So, next time, as you head out the door, be sure to bring a water bottle along!
