Here are a few ways to make the most of the warmer, longer and brighter days for better mental health.
Do some spring cleaning. Not only does tidying up improve your living or work area, it also helps clear your mind. If you're not up for a deep clean, that's okay. One easy way to start is to donate anything you haven't used in a month. Getting rid of dormant clothing, electronics and housewares opens up room in your physical and mental spaces to focus on things that make you happy.

Exercise. Exercising regularly has been proven to improve mental health. Staying active in spring, with its longer, warmer days, is much easier than doing so in the winter months.
