Simple St. Paddy’s Day Green Smoothie
- 1 cup kale or spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup low-fat milk (or optional almond milk or coconut milk)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 apple (cored and sliced)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple (or substitute favorite fruit)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- In a blender, blend kale or spinach and the liquid of your choice.
- Add in the rest of ingredients one by one, blending after each item.
- Serve and enjoy!
