What's more stressful than rushing around each  morning looking for your keys? A big cause of stress can come from being disorganized. We spend time searching for our shoes, our keys and our phones - and that's time we could spend getting ready for the day. To get started, stop and think about what you misplace the most. Is it your keys? Install a hook, or place a bowl next to your door, and decide this will be the new home for your keys. Once your keys have their home, make sure they live in their home everyday. Now, you'll always know where your keys are! Apply that same strategy to other items frequently misplaced, find a home for the item and use it. You'll find that getting out the door each morning is less stressful when you can find everything!
